What an absolute terrible experience! I went in with my 81 year old grandma who's currently going through chemotherapy and the young man at the front desk not only smelled like rancid BO, it lingered throughout the store, but what really made me angry was when they proceeded to GROWL at my grandma for taking to long! She has problems hearing and I was trying to explain things to her when they came over to start explaining what to do...it didn't make any sense. In the future we will definitely be asking for another employee's help or we will be going to another location.

Went in to drop off package. Just said we dont accept those packages here take it to other facility. Package said UPS and prepaid UPS postage. No explanation as to why and condescending

To my knowledge UPS is the only carrier that requires a verbal account of what your shipping. I told the clerk what was in the package but ask if there was a way to avoid having to say what was being shipped. The big shot owner took over and wanted me again to say what I was mailing and because I already told them once and I didn't want to say again he refused my package.

I have visited this location a couple of times and I have to say Bob is amazing! He goes above and beyond to help me when I have come in. I hope they treat him well because he is an amazing asset as an employee!
