They went above and beyond to help me. I was so disappointed with myself for making an error. I really needed these documents to be perfect. They helped me out way more than I expected. Felicity and Devin know what theyre doing and know exactly how to help. 10/10 would recommend this location because of them

I am not a fan of Fed-Ex. Have to deal with the for work often. However, had to do a return & was shocked by the courtesy and professional demeanor of this locations Manager Michael. Having to park and walk into the Walmart is a drag, but this gentleman's presence both on the phone when we called to ensure they could help us, and in store have made me stop to do this review.

I utilize this location frequently for business & so i interact with the staff on a regular basis . i just have to say the staff never fails to impress & assist me in many ways. Michael is a stellar employee ! He always has a smile, a great attitude & friendly word whenever i walk in. This is priceless customer service. Great job FED-EX on hiring ~ the staff deserves recognition:)
