Male worker with glasses was not competent in correctly processing my Happy Return and could not provide solutions for the inability to check how many return items were needing to be scanned causing me to have to reach out to the merchant who was unable to refund me or provide a new code since I only had one code for two return items. Now Im unable to be refunded and out of money because of the UPS worker that couldnt scan the necessary items. Very frustrating

I frequent this location often. This location has been extremely helpful especially in assisting me in printing and crafting items for work. Afarin, one of the owners is extremely helpful. Not only does does she help bring my project to life, I have seen her go out of her way to help customers with all their needs.

Ive seen some negative reviews but Ive always had great experiences. We have used this UPS Store for over
4 years and the staff is very helpful and courteous.
