        Very bad attitude from the one who supposed to be the manager of this store!!! I tried to be nice with her and fix the issue even if it is there responsibility. She said what she wants to say I couldnt even say a word and she makes me a lier and hung up ( by the way she is the one who called me yelling) !!!!

        Came on my lunch to ship out a return package , all UPS store will tape up your return items . EXCEPT THIS LOCATION. All stores need to be on the same page of the way they operate!Customer service person was rude said no we don't tape up packages here at this location. Lost me as a Customer & will definitely let others know not to bother to come to this location. 0 stars
