        horrible service, they dont even have the capability of printing the return label! this to me is NOT a ups access point at all. they cant do anything, and they were rude.

        This location is suppose to be a UPS access point, meaning you can route packages here and pick up later. My packages were sent back to shipper. The location refused delivery. This location has no business being a UPS access point. Would not recommend this location for any UPS transactions.

        Tried to return an amazon pkg. On the email there was just a return code and it said the ups place would scan and print the label. They told me that they didnt do that and the instructions are wrong. I dont have anything else but that code. Now Ill have to call amazon and see what I can do.
