      Oswald Thawne, I am sorry that happened to you. I checked our call monitoring system and 43 calls came in to the system with 22 being sent to the store to speak with a representative. If you could provide the time that your call was placed, that would help us to give our provider a time frame to narrow down and correct any malfunctions the system might have.
