I left the UPS store with a very positive impression about the high-level efficiency of staff members. The store manager Wess particularly is a straight shooter. He knows what hes doing. I will certainly go back there!

Matt helped me get all of my printing files formatted and transferred correctly so that I did not need to make a second or possibly third trip attempting to figure it out on my own. Matt was extremely patient with me even though he was the only employee working and juggling what seemed like a million tedious tasks flawlessly. I spent what had to have been 45 min standing and watching in awe as Matt, one by one, expertly completed a dozen tasks that I had personally struggled to understand for the last two weeks. All the while, the store phone rang like clock work literally every couple of minutes. How anyone can, not just cope with but clearly thrive in that type of environment is absolutely astonishing and far too few of people will ever fully appreciate the amount of effort and pride some people still take in their work.

Matt Werkowitch helped me today with a several step project . He was patient , knowledgeable and took the fear out of the whole process . I look forward to working with him again , great employee!
