I needed to print a few color printouts and it turned out be one of the worst experiences (and I rarely ever provide negative feedback). None of their equipment seems to work properly, took 2+ hours to get some printouts done. Waste of time!

1. Inside Marriott (3rd Floor) 2. You pay a 23% fee extra on to of UPS Store Normal Charges. 3. You also pay a $5 service fee on every package. 4. I squawk about price young lady with protruding teeth went a little postal on me and hit the counter with her steel pen. I was intimidated and paid the extra fees and ran. 5. Paid $7:00 parking at the Marriott.

AVOID!! Dropped off package Tuesday evening, ready to be shipped off. Was told “We’ll take care of it!” Found out on Thursday that it hadn’t shipped yet. Went to the store and found my package just sitting in the corner. Worker apologized, taped it up, and said “It will go out today.” As the day goes on, still no movement. Call before the stores closes and am told “Everything went out today.” Find out Friday that it STILL HADN’T SHIPPED! Lying? Incompetent? Probably both. They have one job, and you if need something shipped, and money or reputation counts on something getting somewhere on time, don’t count on this location. AVOID!!
