After reading the negative reviews about delivery, I decided to pick up my package instead. I came showed them my ID and tracking/waybill number and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. My advice is to just pick up your package at the service point to avoid any issues.

I hope the owner or somebody from the facility reads this because I have sent emails saying my package is marked "dead letter" and unknown address even though I have used my address with no issue until this carrier got my package. I have had no updates or calls or texts from anyone stating what is going on with my package and I am so upset. How is this place still going and I can't get a damn response from anyone or get anyone to help me!!! I even asked to send me a facility address so I can go pick it up myself. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! First time I have had difficulty with something I ordered online with this facility. If your package says it's being delivered by this facility, might as well ask for a refund because it's not gonna get delivered.

Anthony Barajas is an operations manager for DHL in San Antonio and hit my car with my children inside of it and is running from his consequences. I will continue to put him on blast until he reports the car accident and I am compensated or until he is fired. I will not stop Anthony, I had 3 kids in the car and you provided me all your information, I hope you didnt think I would just go away. So do the right thing or Ill keep pushing until you finally give in.

This was the worst experience of get pack delivery ever I took off to receive a very valuable package told it would be there 2-4 then 4-6 6-8 and on called the customer service they were no help at getting my package or any sort of timeline for a delivery
