Woman checking me in was kinda but the entire place smells horrible. Had to have my window open and fan cranking to keep a headache away.

The service is excellent, the rooms are suitable for their category, they can't fail and that's what they need to have a place to sleep and rest.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at SureStay Plus Hotel compels me to share my disappointment. Upon arrival, the overpowering smell of curry and visibly unsanitized floors made us contemplate leaving immediately. However, exhausted from travel, we reluctantly decided to stay. Entering our room only intensified our dismay, as the air was thick with the stench of mold and general uncleanliness. Hoping the AC would provide relief, we were dismayed to find it ineffective. After enduring three hours of discomfort, we sought assistance from the front desk staff, hoping to cancel our stay and receive a refund. Unfortunately, we were met with inflexible policies that left us no choice but to endure the night or incur charges for a room we couldn't tolerate. The lack of empathy or willingness to address our concerns, especially late at night with small children in tow, only added to our frustration. Overall, the combination of unclean conditions, unpleasant odors, and unsatisfactory customer service made our stay at SureStay Plus Hotel a regrettable experience. We certainly won't be returning.
