Please, whatever you do, do not get any scans or tests done here. There are other options and trust me youd rather pay for an ambulance to another hospital than pay for anything here. They are charging well over 20 times the average (already inflated) rate for scans/tests. Save yourself the stress and money, and go somewhere else! Bill was 30 grand for an hour stay where practically nothing happened!

Wish I could give this 0 stars. Dee should be fired along with her supervisor. I have come in many times to get a bill for something that happened in 2017. Repetitively they say to come in. I come in. She gives me a number to billing. It's a fake number. She accused me of it actually working. She calls it and it's non existent. Then she gets her supervisor on the line. And they collaborate saying that they don't know what to do. They tell me to leave.
Please remove Dee and her supervisor from duties.

Where do I even begin . I honestly have issues from this staff doctor and nurse. I was sent her from urgent care . I had been to another baptist er that doctor I guess was mod knowledgeable. I went for tension headache and told doctor first er doctor gave me Valium which helped . He told me I cant see how that would ever help. I had been to a pain specialist before who told me opioids make head pain worse . So they shoot me up with morphine was worst pain of my life . I guess cameras were on I was sitting up crying in pain wanting to take that iv out of arm . Front desk girl I guess saw me on camera came back and got nurse who told me honey calm down I gave u most morphine I can give . Like I was told by pain specialist opioids make headache worse and especially tension ones . Left with $1000 copayment and a bottle of tramadol which I even said I already had didnt take cus opioid . How can a doctor not know that opioid make headache worst? I honestly felt pretty defeated after this . Luckily I found a good doctor after but dont go here go to the one bandera 1604 that doctor was good. I still have bad memories from this place and was belittled by the nurse and doctor .

Took my wife in to the ER at 11:30p. We were the only ones there at the time. The nurse acted like I was interrupting her quiet time, and gave me so much attitude that we left before even trying to check in. I did not get the feeling that she was there to help anyone. Sad.
