Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Thousand Oaks

OMG ... It's a total thirst trap!!! Aside from that, everyone here is AMAZING!!! Everyone genuinely cares about the patients. My dad came here extremely sick and unable to move and the fight was almost gone in him .... They revived my dad and gave him hope, got him better and had him up and walking again! The doctors listen carefully to the patients needs. The nurses are so attentive and wonderful! The therapists ... They are just God sent! They push the patients to meet goals. When my dad was down and didn't want to try anymore they talked to him and gave him a reason to keep fighting. Huge shout out to Reuben! He couldn't .... He wouldn't have done it without you! Michelle ... We love you and wish we could adopt you! You were so kind and gentle with our dad and we will truly miss you. This place is amazing and I highly recommend it!

Kudos to the nurse manager and all the staff. I have never experienced such a professional, kind, and caring hospital environment. Time was so generously provided for care and answering any questions I never even found a need to use the bedside call button... honestly, thank you so much one and all.

The facility is first rate. The staff is friendly and responsive. The doctors and therapists are very good. The food is remarkably good, especially considering the size of the kitchen. So how does a 5 star service business deserve a three star rating? Its called integrity or a lack of it. When your sales rep, the face of the company is dishonest like M.G. who will promise you whatever he needs to to get your butt in their bed then your company condones lying.  The math is simple 5-2=3.

Horrible communication. Phones never get answered. Was desperately calling all numbers in her admissions packet to get her help. No responses while i was speaking to her. I leave voicemails for caseworkers and never get a return call. Two stars for therapists. A couple good cna. Couple ok nurses. Mom spoke to a doctor about an hour ago. She asked that he relay what he told her to me. Said he would and he repeated my name and number. I still have yet to get that call. Hour and half later. Terribly frustrating!
