Roberto Rios- Valle APRN is amazing. He always takes the time to listen and explain the why's and what's. I suffer my the lost of my son and sometimes he just listens. You don't find that kind of care anymore. Nowadays most Dr's won't spend more then 5 minutes with you.

Absolute trash staff and experience here. Steal your money. Patients complaining even though have receipts, DO NOT PAY CASH. You can be in the office and even if don't see the physician they will charge you for canceling.

Dr Hugo Rojas, M.D. of the family clinics of San Antonio nearly assaulted me and was extremely inappropriate during my last visitation . Im a small young female and he got in my face when I requested my antidepressant/sleep aid refills but wouldnt give me them. I asked him why the other Dr. prescribed me it and said I could take them as needed, but dr Rojas was aggressive and saying flat out no. I still need medication..how are you gonna call me a liar about my symptoms??instead he just told me to find another doctor . He was also making criticizing comments about my personal romantic life ..he kept saying it was my faultthis man is crazy and should not be in the medical field working with people . He looked like he wanted to hurt me toohe was clenching his fist while yelling at me

Very aware of my needs. Very thorough staying on top of my medical concerns. Very friendly and personable. Would recommend.
