        Do not come to this ER, I could of had a stroke and had seizures in the past and they didn't want to give me my medication that I've been on for years. Horrible ER!!

        Went to the ER at Baptist Medical Center downtown today for heart palpitations. Was seen quickly. The nurses were so kind and professional. Everyone from the admissions person to the ER tech who took my labs to the radiology team that did my xray were all fantastic. The doctor figured out what was wrong, prescribed some medicine and same day I'm much better. Thanks BMC ER team!

        Big shoutout and thanks to Sandy on the 5th floor. My Mom hasnt been feeling the best and her spirits were down. Sandy was amazing with my Mom and had her smiling and laughing after not doing that for a while. She was motivating and very careful when helping my Mom as well. Always making sure to ask my Mom a couple of times if she wanted anything to be 100% sure. Couldnt of asked for anyone better to help my mom and be supportive of her
