Always Place On Hold Before Addressing Concern,Wait Time At Front Desk 5-10 Min Before Been Aggnollage.

Dr Rodriguez is great. It’s the front that’s irritation! Good luck trying to call; you get put on hold and sometimes they don’t even let you say anything. It can be a 20 second question and they could of been done. It’s not a quick hold either It’s literally 15-30 minute holds each time. I understand it’s only one or two people in the front but if this many people are calling and they are that busy, management needs to step up and hire more front desk people! It’s really frustration having to wait a half hour to ask a 20 second question. I have to take a whole half hour out of my day just to sit and wait for them to answer one simple question. Poor management

I have been seeing Dr. Hain at Health Texas for several years. They are usually always on time with appointments. Today they were running way behind. I had to wait about an hour past my appointment time. However, when I did get to see Dr. Hain, she treated me as if I was the only patient she had. She took the time to answer all my questions. My point is, it was worth the wait to see her. It’s hard to find a primary physician that I trust to provide me with the most current medical advice, is confident enough to provide her honest opinion on treatments, and takes into account my unique needs and preferences. I would highly recommend Dr. Hain as a PCP.

Had an absolutely perfect visit. Dr. Orlando Rodriguez was very knowledgeable and thorough. Staff was kind and efficient. I could not have expected more.
