If I could leave zero stars I would for this place first and foremost never send your family members here unless they can do for themselves they lie in their own urinate for hours and I mean hours because when I would go in they room to clean it was smell as such ! The CNAs dont know how to properly communicate with anyone or have manners especially the ones on the North hall . EVS has the poorest management Ive ever seen since working in housekeeping Ive never worked in such chaotic conditions in my life some of the staff would do what they want and the lead wasnt doing what she was supposed to and the supervisor awarded that , I myself could not deal with an environment like that so i myself decided to go and work for another facility that would appreciate my good work ethics and polite personality!

I was recently in there for rehab. I left after 3 days. The facility is beyond dirty and gross. The staff was very friendly and good to me. However there were nurses and staff who cussed out and was physical rough with patients that couldnt speak for themselves as I could. Please do not put a love one that cant speak for themselves in this facility. It took 3 days to get my meds. I came from icu off a ventilator and just had 5 surgeries back to back. Not having my medication was pure misery. They were posting on their social media about activities that were being done and pictures. It was a pure lie there were no activities being held. Their social medias are so false. How they try to portray the facility is not factual. Please do not put a loved one here. And if you are having to choose a facility like I had too for continuous care for a while do not choose here. I choose this place off misrepresentation of pictures and post. I have pictures and videos of everything and how horrible some of staff was to some patients

Pros: Very few. The financial admin, Jackie is great. So are a few CNAs Cons: Housekeeping is outsourced. They don't do a good job. Facility is old and dirty. Roaches and flies everywhere. Food is disgusting. The residents DO NOT HAVE CALL BUTTONS. So if a resident cannot walk or talk, they sit in their soiled diapers until a CNA checks on them. Some CNA are rude and mean to residents. Most of these residents are homeless people. They have no visitors or advocates so they get mistreated. Clothes constantly getting lost. I can go on and on. If you have a choice, do not place your loved ones here.
