The Watermark at Broadway Cityview

We had used Watermark as a rehab facility for my Mom when they had a rehab facility. They were wonderful. Now, Mom and Dad are beginning to consider transitional housing. We toured Watermark to see what they had to offer. I can't say enough about this facility. It is bright and interesting. The apartment was easily accessible, and just the right amount of space for them. The BESTEST part was the food. They served us lunch. The set menu is amazing. The daily menu was even better. Seriously, I would intentionally go to a restaurant for this food. The staff was warm and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about Watermark. My parents aren't quite ready to move, but this location will be at the top of their list when they do.

What a beautiful place. I recently visited a friend and the staff was so nice. Everyone was helpful. She seemed so happy being here and said the food was yummy. Great job.

Tracey has been exceptional, pleasant, knowledgeable, experienced and eager to please. The Watermark amenaties are pleasing. Both the single and villa accomodations appear to be very adequate. Based on the Watermark site I searched, however, did not experience a common dining room area. Apparently only two meals a day are prepared breakfast and lunch or dinner.

The Watermark has generously welcomed our business development group, "Good Morning, Benbrook!" to meet in one of their spacious event areas. After touring the facility, meeting with many of the staff, and seeing the variety of amenities they provide, I would recommend anyone looking for a senior community to strongly consider the Watermark! Great people, great space, and from what I have observed, a great community of seniors who enjoy it together.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT let anyone you love or even know go to this place- NEVER EVER. I beg you. My mother was here for a little over a month. She wasn't given a shower for 12days after her arrival. Each nurse just kept passing it off on the next one saying they didn't have the time or it wasn't their job. She wasn't given a meal 8 times with no explanation. My mother is unable to walk and has very limited use of her upper body. She was left in a wheelchair (several times) for 10 to 12 hrs each time even though she has doctors orders for no more than 2hrs at a time. Several times she wasn't given her meds. 3 times she asked for something for heartburn and was given Tylenol- of which she has specific orders NOT TO TAKE from 2 doctors. When she 1st arrived and put in 2 wks quarantine( requirement cuz of covid protocols now) there were 2 nurses that she said were great- 1 female name?? and 1 male named Tony i believe. There is also a physical therapist Amanda that was completely wonderful with my mom. I thank the 3 of them very much for the care and help they all gave my mother.....but that is all i have to say nice about this horrible place. What ever you do stay far away from here please
