If I could give a negative star I would. These people "dumped" my mom during the height of the Covid19 pandemic (April 2020). She was staying at this facility temporarily while her nursing home was under repair. She developed a UTI and UTI delirium. The dumped her at JPS at a time when no one was allowed on and refused to pick her up again after the diagnosis and treatment. We were forced to find a new nursing home in the middle of a pandemic. We couldn't visit my mom in the hospital nor do walk thru reviews of new nursing facilities. SHAME on you!

My husband was just transferred here from JPS Hospital. Friendly people, home environment. Glad they excepted him.

Unbelievable, I called this facility to get my father's personal belongings, they keep transferring me and still haven't been able to get someone to help me. I've been on hold now for more than 30 minutes - still on hold and no one has picked up my call yet. I keep hearing the facility's message about how professional and caring the staff is. What a joke!

Friendly staff with my experience.my father was happy while there for 2 months.any questions was always answered.would be nice if facility was remodeled and updated and better parking.but over all happy.thank you.
