My grandmother is here and its a little uneasy that I can never contact anyone via phone. The number always says its a nonworking number, and also the hours listed on here shows that theyre only open on Wednesday which is weird. Then my grandma fell and everyone acted like they didnt know what was going on or how she couldve fallen when if that was the case someone couldve looked at the cameras.

Lake Worth Nursing Home is one of the most special places I have ever worked. It is an imperfect building with staff and residents that have a purpose because of each other. These are people who came from nothing, who had a rough life, and just want to be cared for. I am speaking for the residents and the staff. I have never seen staff so dedicated to one place. The people who work there, work there because they love the place. Things are changing and it is improving everyday! I give Lake Worth a 4 star because of their heart, and leave 1 star open for the continued improvement.

My poor Dad. Unfortunately I had to take him here due to recently going on medicaid. Zero communication with this facility the entire time hes there. My dad has Parkinsons but is still coherent. I noticed a steady decline in his health, very quickly. He was 45 minutes away from me and had turned to the corner to maybe living 6 more months or so. I called the facility to transfer him out of there. They never would call me back. They had a social worker but she couldn't call me back. I gave then the names of facilities I wanted him to get accessed for. They did nothing with that info. I spent 4 months hounded them after my sweetest, kindest dad ever told me he hated it there. The response I got from them now we dont have a social worker, she quit. Oh now we have one but shes too new. Shes too busy, now shes on vacation. After I threatened them with calling the state and newspapers (which I'm about to do) I finally got help and transferred him out that day. He arrived at the new facility with severe bed sores and horrifying infection, all from lake worth nursing home. If you love your mom, your dad, or other loved one..DO NOT SEND THEM THERE! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I Wont stop until I have saved just one family from putting their loved one through that hell. Research, research, research! It's the only family you got!
