Future residents:
If you consider your loved one scum of the earth bring them here. They will get the treatment they deserve.
Families of Current residents:
Go visit your loved ones on weekends and see how short staffed the facility is. Take note of how soiled their briefs are and when was the last time they were showered.
STATE
When state is in the building, everything is staged to look good and run properly.
State needs to visit as early as 6 am so they can see how many CNAs are actually there. They should also go after 5:00pm and definitely on weekends. I guarantee you will get many more IJs.
Current Employees:
Be prepared, last pay period you had to wait and were paid on Tuesday while the McPikes were in Hawaii on vacation. Make sure youre ready because next time you might not get paid.
Future Employees:
If you like to no call and no show, drop your shift last minute or come to work late, please apply you will get away with all that and more.
The only catch is you have to wait until 2pm to get paid on Fridays, if they have enough funds.
If they dont have the funds to pay you, they will drag it out to Monday or Tuesday and get ready to be turned away from the bank because theres no funds period. You can also deposit it and have it bounce. They have everyone drinking the everything will be fine kool aid but the company has been through multiple bankruptcies and they know exactly what they are doing. Its the Remarkable way.

DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT. They will not pay you on time and make excuses every pay period as to why they cant give out the checks until the following Monday. This company is a complete joke and all they care about is the money that they can make off the residents do not be fooled. If i could give them 0 stars I would. I wouldnt recommend anyone to let their relatives stay here. Theres never any supplies and they always try to cut corners. State should come in when they dont pay on time because staff wont come to work and we dont have enough staff to take care of the residents. The owner of the company needs to be investigated and the state should shut this place down

Do not put your loved one here this place is AWFUL! I placed my aunt here the staff is so rude the nurse was very rude. The door handle was falling off this place smells like urine, this place is gross . My aunt walked out she was not treated well here . The ED did not care to hear my complaint or hers. Do not put your loved one here!!!!
Unfortunately I have to leave 1star to post this review .

This facility just changed administration so hopefully it will get better. They impeded my loved one's discharge so many times. We had a care plan meeting and discussed that he needed to work on transfers. A month later the therapy department head said they hadn't been working on transfers as 'he wasn't ready.' She just took it upon herself to override a care plan meeting goals without notifying anyone.

This is one of the worst nursing homes i worked for, their stealing the employees money as well as residents. They need to be closed down because at the end of the day THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR (NEIGHBORS) AS THEY CALL THEM BEST INTERESTS AT HAND.
