    Everyone that works here is so nice and professional. I really enjoyed my stay. Mrs. Barbara over guest services and Ms. Lisa Walker over activities are the 2 people the made my stay over the top. I truly recommend this rehab. Very clean and neat as well. Kudos to all the staff.

    I visited several rehabilitation centers in the southwest fort worth area before deciding to placing my mother in their care. Ignites rehabilitation center topped them all. They took great care of her, we were very pleased with several of the employees who took pride in doing a great job in taking care of their patients. I would like to thank those individuals very much! It's was very difficult to to think about leaving my loved one in a facility, but they really impressed me in rehabilitating her back to health. Thank you David, Jeff, Mellisa & Barbara for a job well done.

    THERE WILL BE UPDATES DAILY IF NEED BE. THEY WILL BE AT THE END. This place looks really nice and when I toured the facility even though there wasnt anyone at the front desk and it was hard to find Someone I kind of figured that maybe I came at a busy time for them so I let them make it and his first stay, there was decent, but this day he was only there a few days, they seem to be under staffed. He couldnt get a bed pan and then he got super sick and when we picked up his stuff hes missing clothes and $20 (we gave him the $20 in cash because initially we did not know that they did not accept cash anymore and had moved to only accepting debit cards) but of course its gone. Another major concern is these people are responsible for our elderly and medically fragile people, but for some reason there is never anyone who can answer the phone regardless, if youre trying to get a hold of the general manager if youre trying to get a hold of hospitality if youre trying to get a hold of the operator and thats really concerning Because even I was so concerned and I could not get up there that I was going to call the police and have them do a welfare check but when I mentioned that all of the sudden people became very attentive. Now my concern is the missing clothes and money. But of course, I cant get anyone to call me back, which is perfectly fine because I was in the medical field for 16 years I know exactly who I need to report these people to in order to have all of the documentation from the last stay as well as this day looked over bc of course I have documentation both video and recorded calls. I will report them to the people who say they can even accept Medicare ! Ill start with CMS and then Ill call the people who hand the stars out at Medicare. I know I better get a call back from the msg I left too. Play with ya mammy not my daddy Update. We have yet to reciprocate a call from anyone the days nearly done and when you call no one answers. Hopefully they will not be leaving the generic response to this review that includes the number that no one answers Update 3-15- they leave this generic response to me here publicly but Ive been calling and Ive even left messages and cannot get anyone to return my calls. I want to add that being as I was in the medical field for 16 years and am extremely familiar with patient placement in facilities like this its really crazy to me that they leave these generic responses publicly but when you actually try to contact someone at the facility, they dont answer when you leave a message they dont answer however, I would like to note that when they did not know my phone number they answered the phone. But again leaving this generic response to me when you know like I know that I already expressed in the initial review, prior to any updates that it was nearly impossible to get anyone to answer a phone up there is kind of a slap on the face Ill be calling the licensing people etc on Monday
