      image No one was here when my flight landed. This left my family and myself stranded. We talked to multiple people and no one came. Unacceptable!!!

      image I rented a mid size car through a third party for Thrifty to say, sorry, we dont have anymore mid size cars. They were completely disorganized & with only 1 person working the window. When I am ready to return the car, I realize they gave me a ticket for the wrong person creating a bigger issue forcing me to go in line with, again, only one person working the window. Dont think Ill ever choose thrifty again.

      image She tried to add insurance without asking me. Then, she failed to tell me that there would be an additional charge for a second driver. When I noticed a pending charge on my credit card, I called and was told not to worry about it, it's just a hold. Well, it wasn't just a hold, it was the charge for the additional driver I was never informed about.
      Communication is seriously lacking with this company.
