The location was easy to access and the woman checking me out was super friendly. The woman who worked at the exit gate was as well. The car was clean and well maintained and an affordable price. Overall a great experience.

I had such a nightmare at this rental and will never rent from thrifty again! I filled the tank still they charged me for two gallons!
But my nightmare started when I left my mistake a very expensive winter jacket at the back seat. I returned the car yesterday ( March 9) at 4 PM. There is no number to call directly the rental place. I hade to go through the the 800 number. People there are very unhelpful. I summitted the lost and found form. But no way to reach anyone to help me. It is the worst rental place I have ever been.
My experience matches with many who commented negatively.
