John was absolutely wonderful. He was so kind and very helpful. He even walked around the car with me just to make sure there were no scratches, dents etc. From the time I came in to even dropping off my car I felt like it was a smooth process. My car was super nice and very comfortable, clean and great on gas. I will most deff recommend my family and friends here. Also, John deserves a raise! Thanks John & Enterprise!

The overall experience with enterprise was a good one.
When we first got our car in Denton, we noticed the brakes were grinding and grabbing... needed to be fixed. So we had to stop middle of trip to exchange vehicles. This was done quickly and employees were great. This was dfw office. Because of lost time and delays, went 2 days over our paid rental.
We were compensated the extra costs and an additional credit. All in all, the experience was good.
