image I reserved a premium size car two weeks ahead of pickup. There was not a premium car available. They gave me a Hyundai Kona which is extremely small. If a car size is reserved in advance it should be available. I am downgrading this post as I never received a call back from enterprise regarding my concern

image The employees are wonderful they are understaffed en. Terprise does not give them enough people to answer the phone during the day. Very difficult you have to go down in person and wait. It's not the employee's fault. It's the corporate brain that causes these problems other than that the service was wonderful. I was very happy I am not happy with corporate enterprise

image First, I would not be giving this review had Id received a return call based on my initial complaint to customer service on 6/12. But its been over a week now, and I think thats ample time.
I have rented quite a few times from this location. But, on my last rental, I was misled on a couple of key areas. First, when I was picking up my car, my pick up time was scheduled for 9 AM, but they could not actually start the process until 9:28 AM (contract even indicated 9:28 as pick up time) The agent indicated that my return time would be 9 AM on the return date. I reminded him that the actual pickup time was 9:30am, and he corrected himself. And he even added in that there was a one hour grace period for the return. Noted. But I continued to receive several notices that my return time was still 9 AM. I returned the car at 10:15 AM on my return day and was charged $18.04.
So I went out to do the standard walk around on the vehicle, and the gentleman that was assisting me asked if I wanted to include their Fuel Service Option, and began to tell me what it entailed. He said that if I was not able to bring it back full of fuel, the package would allow me to utilize their discount rate of $2.74 per gallon, I thought that was a great deal. Upon my return, I had already filled the gas tank up to full, so I did not even need to utilize their discounted per gallon rate. But when I received my bill, I noticed that there was a charge of $31.78. Where did those 12 gallons of gas go??? Even in the fine and carefully hidden Terms and Conditions portion of the contract, it clearly states If Renter purchases the Fuel Service Option, then Renters fuel charge shall be the per gallon charge multiplied by the fuel tank capacity of Vehicle rented. Renter shall not receive a refund or credit if Vehicle is returned with more fuel than when Renter received it or for any unused fuel. The fuel charge is not a retail sale of fuel. I received it full and returned it full.
Of course, I tried to reach out to the location multiple times to discuss this with them, but I never was able to reach anyone at any time during the day. And the location is an hour from my home. I had to contact the main customer service line just to discuss these issues (which was not an easy task) and they indicated that they would discuss with the location manager.
Needless to say, I will continue to pursue this as I think this additional $50 charge is unfair. Unfortunately, I will have to do this in person since no one is able to answer their phones at the location.
