This enterprise is a joke. Poor customer service. I walk in with an insurance rental and get told I dont have a car. They dont bother to assist with getting me a reservation elsewhere. Do not offer ride to another location with available car. You cant give all people a job

Great service as always. Jose explained everything perfectly before I signed the contract. I was never in the dark and knew where I stood from the time I left in the car to the time I returned it. I even got drop home service, so they saved me a Lyft ride. One of the managers explained as long as you live within 10min drop off service is available.

I really hated this place had me u come to pick up car which they didn't have then couldn't verify my address didn't wanna take light bill r my award which is how disabled ppl prove there Income! # total discrimination against the disable community
