        I made a reservation and when I arrived to pick up my car there was no availability and they never notified me in advance about this, I do not recommend this agency at all, apart from the treatment it was very bad

        RUDE, LAZY, DIRTY CARS & BAD ATTITUDES are what you should expect from this location!. At first they said I dont have to pay anything because the insurance already cover everything for me, then they charged me 200$ and after that they charged me 150$ for the toll but I only rent the car for 2 weeks, AND THEY DIDNT SEND ME ANY EMAIL OR TELL ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE TOLL.

        Had an absolutely great experience at this Hertz location. The Hertz at IAH would not recognize my Presidents Circle status and allow me to upgrade vehicles, so I went to this location and they were more than happy to help! I received a larger vehicle for my family and got my rental agreement changed around. Everybody was especially helpful and went above and beyond.
