        So called to rent a truck and they didnt have anything available till January. Thats two months from now! They might as well shut down. Very surprising. Of course the lady didnt really want to find out what I needed.

      Alex. I am sorry to hear that our policies stopped you from renting from us. I assure you that our rental requirements are pretty standard and in line with what most rental companies ask for. We do ask that you have a drivers' license, major credit card and proof of insurance. Without those items there are not many rental companies that will be able to release a vehicle.       We do understand how not being able to get the exact type of truck you are looking for can be frustrating but we are in the middle of peak box truck season and there is a nationwide shortage of vehicles due to the microchip shortage which has affected production of trucks significantly. We did offer a flatbed or pickup truck which is what we have available at the moment but understand if this did not work for you.
