        Great experience with Avis. Rented a vehicle from San Angelo to San Antonio. Tried other rental companies, rented from AVIS, glad I did, no ridiculous fees, airport to airport. Pick up/drop off a breeze. Will definitely use again

        Had booked 7 seater minivan and confirmed they replaced with 6 seater, i had asked to change even though there was plenty of 7 seater, the guy at the counter hesitated to give to change and was rude who told me that corporate office is the one who assigns car. This location is worst on my experience. If you don't have the car that customer asked for, At least replace with the similar kind. I had to take another car as i had no other option and had booked several week back.
