Please dont waste your time booking a rental here. Forget not getting a rental, you wont even find the office open. The office was closed in the open hours with my reservation confirmed. If anyone from the budget rental management reads this please make a note of it. You just lot a customer and not only that but I will for sure not recommend anyone budget rentals because neither your offices are professional enough nor your customer representatives.If you cannot provide service please let the customers know beforehand and please dont leave your customers hanging on road and give some stupid reasons. NOT BOOKING AT BUDGET AGAIN.

I've seen two guys work here. They have to be the biggest A** holes i have ever seen work a place of business. I have had multiple bad experiences but the straw that broke the camels back was coming to pick up my rental a couple hours early. Guy back talked me and gave me a car that hadnt been clean. It wasn't even in the lot out front it was in the cleaning area waiting to be cleaned. This place is so bad won't be using budget again.

Horrible! Over charged me and then tried charging me twice. Worst customer service and lied about car price. I was in an emergency situation and couldnt find another place. This place needs to just shut down. Go anywhere but here

Terrible service. Rude employee. No help when calling the corporate number. Pay a few dollars more and rent from another company!
