Ive been trying to contact this company for the past 4 days via telephone and email and no response. Theyre taking funds from my account biweekly and I need to speak to someone to stop it. Very poor customer service

No deposit slips in any of the outside deposit slip holders including the drop box!! This bank sucks!

the worst. they gave me so many conditions to help me. but okay, we went through it. ive never missed a payment but this last month that i had an issue with it because of my bank account having issues they told me they would not accept my payment online and that i had to drive 33 miles to pay it cash at the branch. then after all that they said that i have to call the 800 number to see if that will get my truck turned back on. so its not even a guarantee? like what?? they have been so rude and one of the agents i talked to pretty much berated me telling me i shouldve paid on time and that paying online wasnt an option. theres no need for the rude and disrespectful comments.
thank god im almost done paying this truck! but never again!!
dont even waste your time with these people.
