The speed and professionalism at which my concern was handled was exceptional. I informed Maria of an incident where my creditor was going to be paid late by Bill Pay due to a glitch that apparently occurred with the recent change to the system. She immediately asked me for details and looked at my account to start working on a solution. She got some information from me and started contacting people to resolve my issue. It was taking a little while so she assured me that she would contact me back with a resolution; and she did. A favorable one. She identified the issue and contacted me to assure that I would not be charged any fees that ordinarily would have applied. She clearly saw that it was a system issue and stated that although she had resolved my issue, she was still going to get with the powers that be to ensure that members don't have the problem again in the future. She stayed in communication with me until the issue was resolved. Its experiences like these that make me not have any reqrets of being a member for 30 years and counting. Thank you Maria!!!!
