        Went to get my card replaced and mark gave me a brand new card with an expiration of this month. I went The following day I got A new card was told it would activate within 2 hours it was a Saturday so I assume The weekend delayed it but it is now Tuesday and it still doesnt work. I called customer care they said the expiration date printed on the card is incorrect. This location clearly does not know how to make a card. First and last time at this location. I will Stick to my south Austin location sadly they are closed for water damage so I had No other option but to come to Howard location

        My previous review still holds true (so take a peek). I just want to add that after COVID, my favorite teller remembered me and greeted me when I walked in.  Wow! That's amazing service!Also, I am now working with the investment services they have in-house, and I am always treated with great respect.  My questions are never treated as silly (I'm a new investor and have A LOT of questions), and my inquiries are always addressed timely.
