RBFCU - Four Points

Worst bank ever - I just went in to make a deposit for my broker They wanted my drivers license My phone number And My Social Security Number Asking for my SS number went way too far - I do not give anyone my SS # . With that information they can open up credit card accounts and steal money from me! My husband just went through identity theft and we were both warned to never give our SS to anyone! I do not bank with this bank and there is no reason for them to ask for any ones SS number that does not personally bank with them. I do not know the employees who work here and they should not be allowed to ask for all of your personal information like this! They could be selling it or giving it to a friend who uses it to steal from you. Never going back ! Stop the fraud - if they continue with this policy - there are so many other banks to choose from.

I'm giving them a 1 star review because they don't offer 2 factor authentication and don't seem to have a plan to offer it in the future. Very irresponsible for a financial institution to not offer the latest security to safeguard the members accounts.

Customer service has always been the best with this bank. They took my car loan and gave me the lowest interest rate available and even knocked off 3 payments in the process.
