        Worst bank in the world. Never use this. EDIT: Thanks for the fake lip service youve put on public display. Thing is, Ive already spoken to customer service over phone and email and you refuse to make things right. Your customer service started going downhill around 2021 and has continuously declined to the point that I no longer want anything to do with you. Im not the only one. There are many similar reviews on here. If you want to restore my mobile banking then we will talk. You wont though. Youve locked me in through vehicle finance yet locked me out of basic banking services while maintaining a hold that prevents me from opening an account at another credit union. You have actively made a conscious attempt to make my life more garbage than it already is and I hate you. What you are doing to me should be illegal. You deserve a lawsuit but hey, you know Im too poor to lawyer up so you keep your boot on my throat. You actively use your power to oppress those who dont have any way to stand up for themselves. Its disgusting and petty.

        I added my autopay on 7/28. You turned it off. I have never had a late payment & you have never had a new portal. All my bank statements & interest are wrong. You are messing up my statements, transaction history, interest, and creating fake transactions to make bookkeeping & AP/AR look harder than it is. This has never happened in 24 years & is not a realistic thing for someone to worry about. Fix my credit report & bank statements & leave me alone. I don't have time to sue you PLEASE stop. I always have time to sue a VC making fun of me for sexual harassment & I will fight until the very end. Even corporate departments get bullied & I fight for my team. If the team is not competent or unprofessional they need to be fired.
