Up until a little bit ago this place was THE place to bank. What made it this way was the people who worked on the inside. Currently, I'm struggling with women, who I'm assuming sit at the front desk(s) portion of the bank, that treat me differently than they treat my SO. He seems to (usually) have no issues with them. However, when I'm needing assistance, it's as if they make it so difficult for me to accomplish something that used to be so simple. There used to be a man named Cody who worked there. He talked nice, with respect as I am just another human & had great customer service. I'd be ashamed if I was managing these girls. The shift in voice is just rude because of whatever judgment they form about you. They have no idea what anyone (including myself) struggle with on a daily basis, making calls are hard enough as it is due to my anxiety. Yes, it's a thing & happens to people. Do better or get a job that doesn't involve customer service.

These folks support the WEF and will close your account with no notice and steal your hard earned money! I had a business account opened( Knife Sharpest on Burnet rd) there since they opened, or pretty close to, and they closed it with no notice and no legitimate reason. My business feeds my family and have been forced to shut down temporarily while I fight these crooks for my money! DO NOT GIVE THESE FOLKS YOU MONEY!!!!

Inconsistent and inconvenient. I have been charged for replacement cards when hearing from other clients that they have never paid. I have also had my card randomly stop working over the weekend or after hours when there is zero support available. I do not recommend. Search around.
