UPS Customer Center

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time I am expecting a dilivery from UPS, they say address not complete. No other dilivery service has a problem with the address. My latest shipment says delivered, but I didn't receive it. Customer service is an automated computer that is absolutely no help.

Driver in Brentwood TN should be on notice by his management or frankly fired. Driveway could not be driven on because it was drying, but could walk. Driver pulled up, we told him it was ok to walk to porch, just cant drive up. He then took the boxes out of his van, put them on the street and said "you all can come get them yourselves". Drove off. Wife and mother had to go out to street and get them. Lazy jerk and should really not be in the service business. Wasn't to much to walk 30 ft and deliver the boxes. Fedex and Amazon did not have a problem. Brentwood area UPS driver - 0 Stars!!!

The Cool Springs location is wonderful !!! Much faster than OHB & Edmonson pike location. Super courteous , quick service and convenient location off i-65 /Mallory Ln.

My package from NZ was somewhere I never would have tracked down on my own. The 2 Gentlemen who were very helpful in my endless quest to receive my package were very quick and efficient on their computers to send me to the right place. Thanks Guys!. I know where to go next time!.
