        Nice mail and package place. I came to return an Amazon package. They have a super convenient self-service kiosk left of the front door where people can quickly and easily return Amazon packages without waiting in line to have someone help you. I needed help at the Amazon kiosk, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

        This is the most well-rounded and efficient UPS Ive ever been to! Im proud to call it my home store, as its so close to me. Theyre so quick and helpful. Jacob is so awesome! Every single person there is so kind!

        The explanation of process of return label was very good. My return was dispatched on 15 March and arrived on 19 March. I have paid for 2 days air. So thought that I wasted my money. You need to clearly mention that 2 day air can take up to 5 days, due to our deficiency. Based in updates I can tell that this mail was never dispatched by Air.

        One of the best UPS out there. Every time I go there the employees are quick to assist and have great customer service. Even if theres a line, the employees work so efficiently that the line goes down so quickly. This place has restored my faith in UPSs services after several awful experiences at a UPS in a different city.
