        I have to respond after reading a negative review (today) of THE best UPS store and team around! Neal and Nikki and company ARE ALWAYS nothing but courteous and engaging and make me want to come here - even when I have other options in the area. I have only experienced friendliness, professionalism, and good energy and would highly encourage anyone wondering to make this your go to for shipping! Does it get busy? Sure! But thats par for the area and time of day. I have been coming here for the last few years and am in customer experience as a job - and always look forward to the kind way I am treated. Keep up the good work, UPS Franklin! Appreciate you all!

        The Indian guy who owns this place is rude and charges more for services than any other Ups. He charged me $80 to notarize a document. He told me after the fact and then charged me $5 to have his employee sign as a witness. He is a crook and you can tell the employees there are miserable. All this guy cares about is making as much money as possible by exploiting people. WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

        The absolute BEST UPS Store ever. Neal and Nikki are the nicest people youll meet. Always so helpful, and go to great lengths to help me with whatever I need. Whether its a simple Amazon return, or finding the right paper to print my work fliers on- theyre there to help with a smile on their faces!!! I refuse to go anywhere else because nothing compares. Thankful these guys are right down the road from me!
