        I was told to take my return to this location, and they would scan a code to process it. I was unable to retrieve the image that needs to be scanned, and I was told that I could use the return number for them to look it up. I got to the store and then was told they could not help me. 40-minute round trip drive all while not feeling well, don't worry, not contagious, just be told they can't help me. When, in fact, they can and it was a lie, they just didn't want to do their job. Thanks for making my terrible day just a bit worse.

        They UPS delivery person came all the way up to my door only to leave a note saying they didnt deliver because I wasnt home. My package didnt need a signature for delivery. I went to this UPS location to pick up my package and the stupid older woman who CLEARLY WORKS for UPS and was behind the counter said that she didnt work for UPS and wanted to charge me $5 to pick up my package. When I angrily refused to pay and demanded to pick up my package, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT AT MY HOUSE, she gave me my package. Dont use UPS, theyre awful!
