Ordered a time sensitive item for pickup here. I arrived 45 mins to 1 hour before posted close hours at 7 PM for the counter itself. The Whole Foods staff was bewildered at where the counter person was and stated they were unable to assist. There was a line of people behind me as well.
I had used this location as I didnt want this particular package left sitting out at our home. Wasted time and fuel coming here along with disappointment for the family member.
