One year ago while paying my city/county taxes on two homes (4 transactions) through drive thru. The young woman working the window told me she could only do two transactions through drive thru because it is too many transactions per drive thru guidelines as it slows others down waiting in line. First of all, there was not another car in line, so I said if someone pulls up while shes doing my transaction I will pull around and do the other two separately. She got very hostile and made it clear that was the rule I had to come inside! While inside not ONE car ever pulled up to that drive thru nor was another customer in the lobby! I finished my transactions, in my house clothes, as I was not feeling well that day and went home and called customer service to complain. I immediately pulled my accounts which I had banked here for 30 years! It was the best choice and Im thrilled with the customer service with TVFCU! This was ridiculous and uncalled for and cost FHB in East Brained a loyal lifelong customer!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this bank. The staff, especially Barbara, demonstrated a complete lack of integrity and were exceptionally rude in handling my personal finances. Their unprofessionalism has led me to question their commitment to customer service and ethical practices. I strongly advise against trusting this institution with your financial matters. One star is generous for the poor service and overall negative encounter I had with them.

I have been with this bank since the 90s and they have always given me excellent service at all of the different locations. Im now using the E Brainerd Road location. They are always friendly and very helpful. I have always had a positive experience with First TN/ First Horizon.

This location is terrible. The workers are never friendly. They never have anyone working at the drive through window. There's always staff that slowly walk over to the window to help. Definitely don't go to this location on your lunch break or if you have someone to be in a timely manner. And they never appear to be understaffed there's always at least 3 to 4 workers in the bank.
