        I spent all this morning following up on an email I received that informed me that I had to prove who I was in order for them to send me a 1099 Interest document so I could do my taxes. Six months ago we had moved from Chattanooga, TN to Southern Fl. I was so frustrated I didn't know what to do next. Then I got a bit of inspiration and I called the manager at this branch of the bank and did I do the right thing. He was cordial and efficient and he solved my problem immediately. I would bet that he runs that branch with customer service and problem solving as efficiently as he took care of me.

        If you do any crypto trading don't use TV FCU - They'll flag all of your transactions as fraud and they don't use Plaid so you can't digitally link your bank accounts.

        Rude women who work there. Rude when i called, rude when i came in. Also blurted my credit score out for everyone to hear, which is embarrassing. Do better. Ill stick to banking with KTVA and drive to knox when i need something. its worth the 2 hour drive vs the 5 min drive to this bank.
