I came in to get something notorized and I was treated very poorly. The bank manager came over and did not care about anything I had to say and was very dismissive. I felt as though I was being judged by my ethnic because I'm not Caucasian and the fact that I was wearing my work clothes. Also when I went to close my account the employee working at the counter told me she was quiting due to poor management issues. I will share my review over other review websites because feeling profiled is wrong.

I recently had an issue with fraud on my account. There fraud alert notified me and I went to a branch. They quickly rectified the issue and issued be a new card that day. I'm very pleased with how quickly regions detected the fraud and how quick and easy it was to rectify the situation.
