Its a great location to campus, but I highly recommend NOT signing an as-is lease. maintenance is poor, and the leasing office is only in it for the money.

I have had a wonderful experience at the Heights, all the staff are so helpful! The apartments are very nice and spacious.

It's nice and mostly quiet around here..

The apartments are very nice, we had issues with the owners inviting themselves in on multiple occasions.
