Cooper Street Apartments

I highly recommend Cooper Street Apartments! They are friendly, welcoming, and Brandy in the office is very attentive. My daughter's been living here and she loves it. The staff is super helpful and always there when you need them. Her apartment is spacious and has a modern touch. It feels like a community. For anyone apartment hunting, this is a great place to live.

Great apartments, Very spacious & updated, I was surprised these were also the most affordable units i was able to find in Slippery Rock - I only had 1 maintenance issue which was resolved very fast. Brandy in the office is fantastic to deal with but favorite thing about this property are the picnic tables and trees in the common area near the stream

Been living at Cooper Street for a year. The property manager is great, but the owners have increased the rent by $100 just within a year. My two bedroom apartment that was originally $875 upon my move in is now well over $1100 a month. In my opinion these apartments are not worth paying the equivalent to a house mortgage

I have lived in 3 different apartments in Slippery Rock and Cooper Street has by far been the BEST! These updated units are so spacious and just what we were looking for. Brandy is such an amazing landlord who really cares about all of her tenants. She is so understanding and really makes this place feel like home. The maintenance here is also amazing. They are so attentive and helpful whenever we need them. We are so sad to be leaving Slippery Rock and leaving Cooper Street Apartments but happy to recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

I love the Cooper St. Apartments!! My bf has lived here with his two other roommates for the past 2 years, and its in such a great area. Its a 5 min. walk from Ginger Hill, Dunkin, and Main Street in general. The area is very quiet and theres even an outdoor area, thats enclosed within the complexs multiple buildings, which is great for pets, setting up a hammock, and more! I was looking for an apartment for myself and Brandy, the property manager, has been nothing short of accommodating. She has gone out of her way to help with paperwork(online), assisting me in finding a roommate, and ultimately just being super friendly and personable. I would recommend this place 100x over!! Rent is VERY reasonable as well, so thats a definite plus in this economy!!!
