USE CAUTION WHEN SIGNING HERE -- I have lived for a semester and a half and the end of my lease can't come soon enough. Since move in, my roommate and I have had nothing but problems with our apartment. The leasing office is so unwilling to help, and at one point sent both my roommate and I's calls to voicemail (during office hours) when we were having issues. Even after expressing safety concerns, the leasing office couldn't care less about their tenants safety. The maintenance workers are rude, show up unannounced, and you still get charged for most maintenance requests that are fixed and sometimes left in worse condition then when they came. Parking is a nightmare, beware that even 5 minutes without a parking pass will end up costing you a $100 boot removal fee, no matter the time of day or circumstances. The clubhouse included in monthly rent payments has been closed for over a year and used for storage, yet still advertised to new lessees. For the amount you pay to live here, it is not in the slightest bit worth it. Take your money and business to another complex, like the Grove or the Ivy.

Mold issues in several apartments and way over priced. Nowhere for guests to park most if the time. The "clubhouse" is not very updated and it cost a ton for electric to run the heat in the winter.
