Residences at 1 Brown

Just moved in and it has been a great experience. Everyone in the office has been incredible and extremely helpful. They were accommodating with my schedule and made the leasing process simple. Moving in was easy. Manny, the awesome guy who showed me the apartment and sold me on it, was there move-in day ready with the keys and showed me everything I needed to know to get my things up to the apartment. The couple very small issue with the apartment I had day one were taken care of quickly. And this is hands down the cleanest apartment I've walked into on day one. But again, best part has been all of the helpful staff in the office and the front desk. They made the leasing and move-in experience great.

Where you may see a lot of good and bad reviews. A recent resident to the 1 Brown family I have a lot to say. First of all, my move in was an amazing experience. The entire staff was very friendly and helped me to get to the service elevator and the move in gate. The management accommodated all my needs given a hasty move in schedule on my end. Since being here any maintenance requests have been answered promptly. So far any promises made have come true. Under new management all the hallways have been redone and the newly renovated apartments are marvelous. I work in real estate management and a lot of times its hard for residents to understand the issues at hand. I understand things have occured in the past in these buildings but the new management has things looking up! Also one thing that everyone should bare in mind its not always the property managers not getting things done. They have to get funding approved before major steps can be taken. Overall 1 Brown is an amazing place to stay.
