The Collins Apartments

I lived at the Collins for 2 1/2 years and it was nice but got 1000% better when Danielle Brago came in 2022. Dani was helpful with EVERYTHING. She was very knowledgeable about the Collins, the area, apartment life in general, and never made me feel like I was bothering her. She went out of her way to share information and followed through with helping long after I had moved from there. This location is excellent to experience Center City Philly. I felt safe having Jefferson so close by. The regional rail is 2 blocks away, so getting around is easy. The apartments are spacious and modern. If I were able to live in Center City again I would definitely move to the Collins.

Moved in a few months ago and have had a great experience. Dani at the leasing office made everything super simple and shes been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and even after move in. Highly recommend!

Dani was amazing at helping me find an apartment that I liked within my price range and move in timeframe. Her coordination of the entire application, viewing, and lease signing process made it extremely easy from start to finish! Usually, moving is painful but Dani was extremely responsive and helped me with all my questions and even view the unit when I was in a time crunch. This is the smoothest and most pleasant move Ive ever had. She certainly set the standards high for the Collins!

Just moved in and the entire move in process was so smooth!! Dani made the seemingly stressful day, calm and easy. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous, and my neighbors seem friendly too! The front desk workers are helpful, kind, and personable. I cant thank Dani and the team at The Collins enough for making my move-in so perfect!

The Collins is fantastic. I lived there for several years then recently moved to Logans Square to save a bit more money. Unfortunately, I had a myriad of issues with my new apartment and ended up leaving after 2 months. I knew The Collins was a great place to live so I reached back out to Dani and the team and they were nothing but gracious, helpful, and accommodating. They made my situation so much more bearable and Dani, in particular, made me feel like I was being listened to, respected, and cared for. She is truly so warm, likable, and genuine--one of the best assistant property managers here in the city. Although I wasn't able to move back to The Collins, I was able to snag a great apartment at Baums. Im truly so happy and grateful for the team at The Collins. They are worth every penny.
