I lived there for 6 years I felt it was safe and convenient to major highways. The manager Jay is awesome the maintenance guy Kevin and John are also awesome great place to live. Very respectful and helpful and get right on the problem if there are any

Been here 8 years at first it was nice maintenance is great at responding to problems most times but they constantly raise the rent every year and do no updates or upgrades the outside looks like the ghetto after electrical work was done last winter mud everywhere every time it rains ! Mice and centipedes are a constant problem and if you have kids there is absolutely nothing for the to do on grounds i really think they are trying to force Eve out of my building as we all have been here more than 5 years so maybe its now time for me to go elsewhere!

Ive lived at Liberty Crossing since 2016 and when I moved in, I loved it. However, over the years, things have gone downhill. I have had 2 birds in my apartment, on separate occasions, a squirrel (for 4 days), and the mice and the centipedes are inevitable. To be fair, the maintenance guy K is quick to respond and help out where he can, however when its a project where he needs the green light from corporate, it more than likely wont happen. Everyone in my building has been here for 5 plus years, and the J building is the only building with no modernization done to ANY unit except the Leasing Office. However, every year at lease renewal, the rent goes up. This year as opposed to the $35-$60 rent increase, it has gone up to a flat $1300. The families in this building are all hard working people and we feel as thought theyre pushing us out to THEN do upgrades. If we go month to month, the rate is now $1500!!! RIDICULOUS for the units we live in. I live on the 2nd floor and every summer, when the temperature outside goes above 85, my AC unit malfunctions causing my apartment to get very hot. They advertise central air but apparently Im not the only resident with a bad AC unit because several apartments have window units in them. Liberty Crossing was a nice place to live or is if you are a new resident and dont know any better.

No one ever answers the phone or calls back, show up at the office business hours and no answer either, door is always locked . Who can I contact about availability for my grandmother?? Even if there isnt any available, Im lost with no answer. Sad because Im from the area and would love for my grandmother to live closer to me due to medical issues.
